The JDE Peet´s New Beans Graduate Program is a program for ambitious University Graduates: a unique development program of 1.5 years that enables a kickstart within your JDE Peet´s -career.

Your personal development and growth in your new role are the key elements of the Graduate Program. You’ll follow the program next to your job so that you can start immediately with what you have learned.You work on a solid foundation for your further career within JDE Peet´s thanks to a well-considered blend of ingredients: a development plan, peer to peer sessions, workshops, assignments and coaching from external coaches.

70 - 20 - 10 learning

70% of learning comes from on the job learning


You will work in your role and participate in different projects. In some roles, you will rotate departments.

20% derives from working with others


You will collaborate with different stakeholders, join coachings and individual learning sessions.

10% comes from formal educational events.

You will attend formal trainings, including workshops & online courses.

  • To be eligible, you must have graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's degree. (or equivalent)
  • Fluent English is needed, as well as German.
  • Start should ideally be directly after obtaining the degree or gap year

Q: How did your career at JDE Peet´s begin, and what motivated you to join the team?
I started as an HR Specialist at JDE Peet’s at the beginning of 2020. After my professional economic training, I was looking for a new challenge in a global company where I could learn a lot through a wide range of tasks and international insights to constantly develop my skills. I got to know part of the team during the application process and immediately knew it was a match!
Q: What development programs or support helped you progress in your career?
In the past few years, JDE Peet’s has provided me with numerous opportunities to participate in targeted training courses and workshops (e.g., negotiation training, presentation workshops, change management, etc.), allowing me to develop key skills. This support has enabled me to make significant strides toward my personal goals, and I am excited to continue building on this progress.
